Spray records always compliant
The electronic spray records with the fields required by Regulation (EU) 2023/564, the field logbook and the authorised products database, in one place.
Work done becomes records without retyping: from the prescription, from the job marked done, from the tractor terminal file or from a new entry. Each entry is checked and confirmed, and every change after confirmation stays as a new fingerprinted version. At year end the records come out as a PDF to sign and in machine-readable files; for the farm advisory centre there is a ready package.
Electronic spray records
Every treatment with the fields required by the European regulation: product, registration number, rate, area, crop, date, who applied it. Entries arrive as drafts and are confirmed; a change does not erase the previous version. The field logbook keeps fertilisations, seedings, harvests, irrigation and calibrations.

Authorised products and growth stages
Over 17,000 plant protection products from the Italian Ministry of Health database, updated every week, with revoked and expired products flagged. Search by name, active substance or registration number. BBCH growth stages and crop codes are there too, and Agronix warns if a harvest falls within the pre-harvest interval.

From the records you download an archive with the spray records in PDF and CSV, logbook, fields and cadastral parcels and stock, with a README saying where each part of the field logbook goes in the advisory centre's system.
