Costs and margins
What every field earns
The season's account by field and by crop: products, labour, machines, contractors and other expenses against sales, subsidies and harvest estimate.
Most costs are already in Agronix: products deducted from the records at the price of their batches, staff hours at hourly cost, machines at their running cost. Add the missing expenses and the income, and the account builds itself, field by field and crop by crop. Where there is no sale yet, the harvest in the records times the price gives an estimate.
Costs and income by field and crop
The columns show where every euro comes from: products, labour, contractors, fuel, machines, other costs and overheads; sales, subsidies and other income. Expenses without a field go into overheads and are split by hectares. The margin reads by field, by crop and per hectare.
- Products from stock, hours from staff
- Machines at running cost
- Margin by field, crop and hectare
Enter only what is missing
Contractors, fuel, field operations, rents, insurance, water, energy and advice on one side; sales, subsidies and compensation on the other. For contractor work there is the reference price from the 2026 Vercelli contractors' rate card, for comparison.
