Stock that updates itself
Fertilisers, crop protection, seed and spare parts: load by batch, deduct from the records, and Agronix warns of expiries, missing stock and revoked products.
Every treatment, fertilisation or seeding confirmed in the records removes the product from stock, batch by batch. Stock levels are always the real ones and stock value is calculated from purchase prices. Agronix also checks the Ministry of Health database and warns if a crop protection product in stock has been revoked, suspended or has expired.
Load by batch, deduct from the records
Loads are entered with batch, quantity, price and expiry. Deductions arrive automatically from confirmed record entries; when the batch is not given, the one expiring first goes first. Units of the same family convert automatically, kilograms and tonnes, litres and cubic metres.

Know before something runs out
Agronix warns if a deduction has no load, if units do not match, if a batch has expired or expires within 60 days and if a crop protection product has been revoked, suspended or expired for the Ministry. Movements export to CSV; machine spare parts live in the same stock.
