Tractors, combines, sprayers and drones: documents and deadlines, maintenance, hour meter, running cost and sprayer functional inspection.
A machine that stops at the wrong time costs more than any maintenance. In Agronix every machine has its own record: the model photo from the catalogue, documents with deadlines, the maintenance log, hour-based scheduled maintenance and what it cost in the season. For sprayers Agronix also works out the deadline of the functional inspection required by law.

The catalogue has over 500 tractor and combine models from six of the most common brands in Italy, including those out of production since 2016, with power taken from manufacturers' websites and brochures and a photo of the model. Pick brand, series and model and the record starts already filled in.

Deadlines, maintenance and costs
Documents and deadlines with a warning 60 days ahead; maintenance log with spare parts taken from stock; hour-based scheduled maintenance, which turns «soon» when 10 % is left; hour meter from readings and staff hours. The season's running cost adds up fuel, maintenance, insurance and depreciation.

Sprayers always compliant
Agronix works out the functional inspection deadline of every sprayer with the rules of the decree and the National Action Plan: every 3 years, with the cases of new machines, contractors, spot sprayers and spraying drones. The inspection is recorded by hand or from the calibration entry in the records, and the deadline reaches alerts and email.
