In Agronix you draw the plot grid on the field, assign the treatments, and every survey gives figures for every plot and the comparison of treatments, ready for the report.

Draw the grid and assign the treatments

Plot size, rows and columns, orientation: the grid is laid on the field. Treatments are assigned in randomised blocks, in order, from a CSV file or by hand, and every plot has its own code.

Results

Figures for every plot, treatments compared

From every survey vegetation indices, green cover and heights for every plot, with the mean per treatment and the difference from the control. Analysis of variance, by blocks or one-way, and the least significant difference tell which treatments really differ.
